FISH MASALA FRY: MIx 50 gms Chakrika Fish Masala Fry Powder in 1 cup of water and keep it for 5 minute. Fry the above mixture in 100 ml coconut oil for 5 minutes, keep it on simmer. Boil fish in 1liter of water with 1tsp. of salt. Drain the fish after boild. Now roll the boild fish in the above fried mixture for 2 mitutes & Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot. You can Directly marinate the fish with masala & deep fry it (Add Colour if needed)
